Net Worth F.L.E.X. and mynetworthflex.com are operated by Branch-Out Enterprises, L.L.C., 13839 Rosemere Lane, Houston, TX 77047 ("we," "us," or "our").
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit mynetworthflex.com, subscribe to the F.L.E.X. Brief, take the Ownership Mindset Assessment, download a free resource, submit a form, or buy something from our shop. It also explains how we use that information and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect what we need to send you what you asked for, we don't sell your personal information for money, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
• Signup forms: your first name, last name, email address, and which resources you asked for (the F.L.E.X. Brief, the Ownership Spreadsheet and Quick Start Guide, or updates on Net Worth F.L.E.X.: From Paycheck to Ownership).
• Ownership Mindset Assessment: your answers and the archetype result (Provider, Steward, Builder, or Architect), plus your name and email if you choose to receive your results.
• Polls and Ask Vincent: your poll votes, the questions you submit, and any name or email you include.
• Purchases: your name, email, billing details, and order history. Card numbers are entered into our payment processor's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, including replies to the F.L.E.X. Brief.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, our website platform and analytics tools collect standard technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. If you open our emails, the email platform records opens and link clicks.
What we do not ask for: the Ownership Spreadsheet is a file you copy into your own Google account. The numbers you enter into it stay in your copy. We do not receive them. We never ask for your bank account numbers, Social Security number, or account passwords.
How we use your information
• Deliver what you requested: the F.L.E.X. Brief, the Ownership Spreadsheet and Quick Start Guide, your assessment results, and book updates.
• Personalize content, such as pointing you to the Moves that fit your ownership archetype.
• Answer your questions, including selected Ask Vincent questions in the F.L.E.X. Brief. We publish questions without your full name unless you give permission.
• Share poll results in a combined form that does not identify you.
• Process and deliver orders, and send receipts and order notices.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Measure and improve our advertising.
• Protect the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Our content is educational. We do not use your information to give you individual financial, tax, or legal advice.
Email and the F.L.E.X. Brief
When you request the Ownership Spreadsheet or another free resource, you are also subscribing to the F.L.E.X. Brief, our weekly email. The signup form says this before you join.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any issue or email vincent@mynetworthflex.com and ask to be removed. After you unsubscribe, you keep any resources you already received. We may still send you messages about an order you placed.
Sharing and cookies
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising tools that share limited website activity with Meta, described under Cookies and tracking below. You can opt out of that.
We share information only in these cases:
• Service providers that run parts of the site for us, under their own privacy and security terms. Wix.com hosts the site and runs our forms, email, analytics, and store. Wix Payments, or another payment processor, handles card payments. Google provides Google Analytics and hosts the Ownership Spreadsheet; when you make a copy of the spreadsheet, Google's privacy policy covers your copy. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) provides the Meta Pixel, which measures our ads and helps show them to people who visited the site.
• Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• Business transfer: if Branch-Out Enterprises, L.L.C. merges, is sold, or transfers the Net Worth F.L.E.X. business, your information may move with it under this policy.
• With your permission: for example, if you agree to let us share your story in Reader F.L.E.X.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses cookies and similar tools, which are small files or code stored in your browser:
• Essential: keep the site working, remember your preferences, and keep a shopping cart active.
• Analytics: Wix's built-in analytics and Google Analytics measure visits, pages viewed, and how people find the site. Google's practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Advertising: the Meta Pixel records visits and actions on the site, such as signing up or buying, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who visited. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. How long we keep it
We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep assessment results and form submissions as long as they are useful to serve you, then delete them.
Your rights and how to reach us
Security
The site runs on HTTPS, and our platforms use industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Never send account numbers or passwords through our forms or by email.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Send you a copy of it
• Stop using your website activity for targeted advertising
Email vincent@mynetworthflex.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days and may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If we deny your request, you can reply to appeal, and we will explain our decision.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in Texas, and the site is run in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be handled in the United States. Where your local law gives you added rights, such as under the GDPR in the EU or UK, contact us and we will honor them.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will note it in the F.L.E.X. Brief or on the site.
